Standard Shipping

All orders have their weights tallied and their shipping charges are then calculated based upon the total order cost/weight.
All orders shipped to an incorrect address or returned to Mamacare as a result of customer error will be charged a surcharge to cover all shipping costs.

Return Policy

Mamacare is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We gladly offer a 14-Day Return Policy. Customers must request Return Authorization by .

Below are our guidelines for all returns:

1. Mamacare can only accept returns of products purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted.
2.All unused, unopened products in original packaging returned within 14 days of receipt with a valid RAN will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.
3. Damaged or incorrect products will be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost.
4. All ‘Sales’ or seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.
5.All items of underwear, amongst which includes baby grow, socks, bibs, body suites, booties are not returnable.
